What is leadership and career coaching?
At its core, coaching is a supportive space that helps you pause, reflect, and reconnect with what you truly want in your life and career. It gives you the tools, clarity, and confidence to move toward your goals and become a happier, more fulfilled version of yourself.
There are many different types of coaching, but leadership and career coaching focus specifically on the challenges, transitions, and opportunities that show up in your professional world—whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for something new.
I’m currently on the pathway toward earning my International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential, which includes completing accredited coaching education, logging over 100 hours of coaching experience, and demonstrating coaching mastery through a formal exam. While I continue that process, I already bring extensive real-world coaching experience from years of supporting professionals and emerging leaders through career transitions, leadership development, and navigating workplace challenges.
The ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. This definition deeply resonates with me because it reflects exactly why I do this work—to help you access clarity, confidence, and parts of yourself you may not have recognized yet.
