My Journey
My career has been anything but linear — and that’s exactly what shaped the work I do today.

I began my professional journey in Recreation & Leisure, rooted in personal well-being and human development. From there, my path evolved into talent acquisition, talent development, learning & development, and leadership coaching across both the public and private sectors.

Along the way, I saw a pattern emerge.

I worked with incredibly capable professionals — especially corporate professionals — who were ambitious and driven, yet unsure how to:

  • Clarify their next career step

  • Advocate for themselves

  • Navigate corporate dynamics

  • Build confidence as emerging leaders

At the same time, I partnered with organizations that wanted to develop strong leaders — but were experiencing leadership skill gaps, misalignment, or teams struggling to lead effectively in today’s workplace.

That intersection — individual clarity and organizational capability — is where my work lives.

    I am currently working toward my ICF Coaching Credential, and my practice aligns with the ICF’s definition of coaching: a thought-provoking and creative partnership that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential.

  • Alongside my coaching practice, I design and facilitate leadership workshops and programs for small to mid-sized organizations.

    Workshops focus on building leadership capability, strengthening communication, and equipping leaders with skills they can immediately apply in their roles.
