Victoria Salim, MBA, CHRL
Hello — I’m so glad you’re here.
If you’ve ever felt stuck in your career, unsure of your next move, or uncertain how to grow with confidence in a corporate environment, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
My Journey
My career has been anything but linear — and that’s exactly what shaped the work I do today.
I began my professional journey in Recreation & Leisure, rooted in personal well-being and human development. From there, my path evolved into human resources, career coaching, talent acquisition, talent development, and leadership coaching across both the public and private sectors.
Along the way, I saw a pattern emerge.
I worked with incredibly capable professionals — especially women — who were ambitious, driven, and full of potential, yet unsure how to:
Clarify their next career move
Advocate for themselves with confidence
Navigate the unspoken rules of the workplace
Step into leadership without second guessing themselves
That's where my passion—and my purpose—came together.
Today, I help ambitious professionals gain the clarity, confidence, and strategy to take ownership of their careers and create opportunities that align with who they are and where they want to go. Through powerful coaching conversations, you'll uncover what's holding you back, gain a clear path forward, and take meaningful action with confidence.
You don't have to stay stuck. If you're ready to invest in yourself and take the next step in your career, I'd love to help you get there.

I don’t believe in telling people what to do.
I believe in creating the conditions for clarity.
My coaching approach is rooted in:
Self-discovery
Powerful questions that unlock insight
Practical action that feels aligned and achievable
Reflection + accountability to build momentum
As a coach, I act as a catalyst — helping you uncover what’s already there, clarify what matters most, and identify the actions that will move you forward.
You can expect our work together to be:
Thought-provoking and reflective
Grounded in real-world workplace realities
Supportive, honest, and human
Focused on clarity, confidence, and action
I am currently working toward my ICF Coaching Credential, and my practice aligns with the ICF’s definition of coaching: a thought-provoking and creative partnership that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential.
-
Alongside my coaching practice, I design and facilitate leadership workshops and programs for small to mid-sized organizations.
My facilitation style is:
Practical and engaging
Rooted in adult learning principles
Designed for real application — not theory alone
Workshops focus on building leadership capability, strengthening communication, and equipping leaders with skills they can immediately apply in their roles.
-
I’m a lifelong learner at heart and currently teach at college and university levels, with a focus on:
Leadership
Career development
Organizational behavior
Teaching keeps me grounded in emerging research, evolving workforce trends, and the realities facing today’s professionals and leaders.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending quality time with my husband, our two amazing kiddos, and our dog, Pickles. I'm happiest when I'm active—whether that's pushing myself through a sweaty strength training class, biking, skiing, or simply enjoying the outdoors. I also love travelling and exploring new places, baking, cooking delicious meals for family and friends, and curling up with a good book. And if there's one way I love to recharge, it's spending a day at a Nordic spa.
